Vincent zoekt: Een Appartement in Utrecht

My name is Vincent Intondi. I have a Ph.D. and have been a professor for twenty years. I have also written two books. My wife also has a degree and has been working a a global events planner for one the world's largest athletic apparel companies. We relocated to the Netherlands on the DAFT Visa. As I am meeting with universities, I am starting my own business. My wife is currently interviewing for jobs here in the Netherlands. We are both originally from the United States. Sadly, we are unable to have children and therefore we rescued three beautiful dogs. While having two ex-pats with dogs may not be the ideal situation for a landlord, we would like the chance to prove that we are ideal and problem free tenants. We pride ourselves on cleanliness. When people would visit our house they didn't know we had dogs because of how of the cleanliness of our house and how quiet they were. Since we know we may not be the ideal situation, we are willing to pay a year's rent up front to prove our seriousness. We don't plan to ever leave Utrecht. All we ask is that a tenant be willing to take chance and let us prove what good tenants we can be. Thank you.
