VALENTINA zoekt: Een Huurwoning in Utrecht

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Valentina Pareo, and I am looking for a new place in Utrecht.
I moved in the Netherlands 2 years ago, fascinated by the numerous opportunities and benefits in this Country.
Due to work reasons at that time I had to find a place in a rush, which led me to live in an inconvenient location for daily commuting such as Parkwijk.
I am looking for a place closer to the Central station - within 15 minutes bike.
I can move anytime by the 1st of March the latest.
My preference would be a 1/2 years contract with possibility to extend as indefinite.
My budget is within 1650 including costs and for an apartment with living surface between 50 SQ and 75 SQ.

In the Netherlands I have always been working for ADIDAS as Assistant Manager in the e-commerce department, and on November 1st I achieved a promotion as Manager within the same team.
I now have an indefinite work contract in adidas AG, as Manager, and my yearly gross salary is 70,200 Euro, 5.850 monthly (with 30% ruling tax facility and 10% company bonus).

I have been working in the e-commerce industry for more than 6 years.
Previous work experiences are:
- 2019-2021 :e-commerce assistant manager in Canali (an Italian luxury menswear brand founded in 1934)
- 2017-2019 e-commerce and customer care team lead at Falc SpA (an Italian footwear manufacturer)

My family own an historical company in the supermarket industry in my own town, and I inherited from them the business acumen and growth mindset.

My biggest passions are cooking, sports and travelling.
I am obsessed with cleaning, so I will make sure my new place will be perfectly maintained. I don't have any pet.
I’m committed to being a respectful, reliable tenant and a good neighbor, who will pay my rent on time, care for the property and communicate with you whenever needed.
