Dear Landlord,
I am Jordan, a 22-year-old Maltese national currently in my second year as an Honours student in Economics and Business Economics at the University of Utrecht. I have already been renting in Utrecht for a year.
My partner, Shai Eschel , is a 20-year-old Dutch woman currently residing in Amsterdam. She works as an employee at the Jewish Cultural Quarter in Amsterdam and will begin her bachelor's in History at the University of Utrecht this September.
My education and living expenses are guaranteed by my parents.
I will be able to provide proof of payment for the last 6 months of rent paid to my current landlord, in addition to proof of income statements from my parents.
Shai's parents also guarantee her rent payments while she will also be making an additional €391,36 per month from her respective employment.
We intend to stay for long as we do not want any disruptive moves during our studies.
We are ready to move in immediately upon notice!
